Administrative Assistant [Belgium]


 

Your responsibilities

  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and mails
  • Office support incl. building and facilities
  • $ads={1}

  • Administrative support for employees (book travel reservation, registration in Congress, organize conference calls and meetings, coordinate pickup and delivery of mails, sort incoming correspondence…)
  • Create & update file audits (contracts, confidential agreements, etc)
  • Order office supplies & manage suppliers contacts
  • Support Communication Department (organize internal events, manage website, update LinkedIn account,)
  • Support Finance Department (process purchase orders, file invoices, provide support during closing periods, participate to audits, etc)
  • Support Quality Assurance department (gestion de procedure pour notre département Quality Assurance, gestion des formations)

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
  • Rigorous, perseverant, proactive and following to the end every subject
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Winbooks is a plus
  • Being able to follow up on LinkedIn and web site
  • Flexibility to operate in multitasks environment
