Description/Profile
- Experience with Enterprise Data Management
- Experience managing a central data asset delivery team including functional analysts, data engineers, platform engineers, ....
- Experience setting up and managing industrialized data delivery processes streamlining the interactions between multiple parties (source teams, domain architects, data owners/stewards, data engineering team, data council, data board,..) to insure delivery of quality data on time and on budget
- Functional and technical knowledge of data: ETL, data security, data quality, data modeling, data governance, data privacy
- Ability to maintain a multi-year data backlog in interaction with head-of level within all business directorates.
- Ability to find compromise between directorates,
- Supporting the customer in determining the business case of the project
- Determining and communicating the scope, planning and budget of the project
- Ensuring the transition and transfer of the project and the necessary documentation, training and communication
- Monitoring and motivating the project team
- Following up on evolutions in the IT market (knowledge management) Knowledge and complexity
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of people management , Change Management
- Knowledge of IT platforms, software and IT solutions within the domain (Infrastructure, Telecom, Application, Solution)
- Knowledge of scrum, ECM or SAP
- Thorough knowledge of processes within the domain (according to IT4IT standard architecture)
- Certification ITIL©, PMP©, Prince2©, SCRUM, PM2©
- knowledge of the customer organization and operation
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile operation of projects
- Knowledge of the structure and of the internal (work) procedures and the regulations of the organization
