We are currently looking for a Service Desk Agent for our offices in Brussels.
Your main duties will be:
- User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems or ICT tools
- Follow-up of incidents related to information systems and organisation of the reporting
- Follow-up of user requests
- Follow-up of bug reports
- Document knowledge, known issues and transfer this knowledge to colleagues
- Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets correctly and escalate where needed
If you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT related fields or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the use of a ticketing system
- Experience with ITIL foundations and best practices
- Knowledge of modern communication tools such as Instant Messaging, Skype, etc
- Proven knowledge of end-user assistance and support of information systems
- Knowledge of the office automation tools used in the contracting authority (MS Office)
- Attention to detail
- Customer-friendly, diplomatic attitude
- The capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in team
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
- Excellent knowledge of English (in speaking/reading/writing)
- Excellent writing and communication skills

- ITIL foundations certification
- Previous working experience as a Bluebook Trainee
