To sustain a new cycle of growth we are currently looking for an System Support Engineer who will provide support and collaborate with the biggest players in the field.
Your responsibilities
You will provide technical support for complex computer systems and server systems.
You will monitor system performance and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
You will collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues.
You will analyze system logs and identify potential issues.
You will develop and implement security measures to protect the system from cyber threats.
You will have to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in systems engineering.
You will manage the server infrastructure at the customer site and at the company's data center.
You will be providing guidance and support on performance and service monitoring, backup operation, and software upgrades/patches.
You will have to ensure that systems meet compliance and security requirements and assist in reviewing audits.
Your profile
You have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working with Microsoft operating systems and all related Microsoft Active Directory (AD) tasks.
You have experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 & Azure.
You have experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
You have experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as Veeam.
Experience with on-premises hardware such as HP Server and Storage.
You have a bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience
You speak fluent Dutch, English. French is a big plus.
