Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting a temporary Events Officer for one of our clients, an international company in the luxury sector in Brussels to handle the organisation of an important event that will take place in mid-October. Missions are to be executed at the office but also remotely. Our client offers a temporary contract with a salary package in line with experience.

The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
  • Liaising with partners, suppliers, VIP clients and the group’s branches
  • Managing the guest list
  • Managing and supervising deliveries, catering and all the logistic processes
  • Assisting with other various administrative and logistics tasks


Essential Skills and Experience :
  • At least one relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent French language skills (spoken and written) and a very good command of English
  • A good knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Meticulous, hands on, flexible and reliable
  • Dynamic, good multi tasker and stress-resistant
