Local Lead Controlling

As Local Lead Controlling , you will lead a small team of local commercial and plant controllers and support the divisional controlling manager and commercial/plant management with proactive, accurate and timely financial information to implement group strategy.

Your report to the Head of Finance.

Your key responsibilities?

You oversee control activities of various plants and commercial units.

You ensure standardised, relevant, clear and timely reporting and related analysis.

You prepare analyses and calculations to provide accurate information to management.

You form a critical and independent sounding board with a critical perspective for commercial and plant management.

You ensure regular discussions and close cooperation with commercial and plant management on actual performance, operational changes and issues.Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

You calculate cost prices for new product developments and validate new cost estimates.

Are you the one we're looking for?

You have a master's degree in economics and at least 5 years' experience in a control environment, preferably in both commercial controlling and plant controlling.

Experience in leading a team is a plus.

You have a thorough knowledge of SAP, SAP BW and Power BI.

You are genuinely interested in the company and its markets and have an overall view of processes/projects.

You are highly analytical, have a special aptitude for numbers and a good knowledge and understanding of financial topics.

You are flexible, proactive and results-oriented.

You have strong organisational skills, are a multitasker and have attention to detail where necessary.

You are a team player, hands-on and have high integrity.

You are critical, pragmatic, problem-solving and take initiative.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
